Ankle boots - black soft leather, low black sole

Gorgeous Andrea Contin leather ankle boots! These wonderfully simple and stylish black ankle boots are made of exceptionally soft leather and are comfortable to wear. The light brown stripe around the black sole adds a nice edge to the look. The ankle boots have a wide fit and a fairly round toe, and the soft leather also molds comfortably. There are zippers on the inside for putting them on, and the laces allow you to adjust the fit well. Really lovely ankle boots for all kinds of occasions!

Tip: This is a great model because it suits many different feet! This same model works for both narrow-footed Sanna and wider-footed Maria. And both find them really comfortable! Sanna can tighten the fit with the laces, while Maria loosens them.

Maria the merchant’s medium-width feet – details:

• Not a high instep and not a low instep
• A “flipper” shape, meaning the toes are almost equally long, with no pronounced curve at the toe line 😊
• Usually wears size 43, with a medium-wide G last or a wide H last
• Length of the longer foot 26.5 cm
• Width at the ball of the foot 11 cm

Size 42 of this model was a good width for Maria’s foot. It felt slightly short in length, however, with her toes almost touching the end. Size 42 felt suitably snug on Maria’s foot, and the leather would certainly have stretched a little. Because of the length, Maria would nevertheless choose size 43; by tightening the laces and using an insole, the next size would fit comfortably. Lovely combat boots!

Sanna the merchant’s narrow/medium-width feet – details:

• The toes form a gentle diagonal line – the tips go in "length order" 😊
• Usually wears size 40, sometimes 39 or 41 depending on the model
• Slightly narrow F width or medium G width
